The Examiner for Brixton Neighbourhood Plan is Barbara Maksymiw, appointed in March 2019 with all documents from Reg 15 and 16 being submitted then.
First document is the composite response to the Examiner with the Council’s comments in red and the Neighboourhood Plan Group’s in blue followed by the enclosures which are referred to in the composite document…..They are in the order I refer to them in the text of the composite response

Following a successful referendum, the Brixton Neighbourhood Plan was adopted at Special Council on 28 November 2019.
It now forms part of the Development Plan for South Hams District and should be used in deciding planning applications within the Brixton Neighbourhood Area.

Proposed Material Modification to the Brixton Neighbourhood Plan
A modification has been proposed for the Brixton Neighbourhood plan, details of which can be found below. The six week Reg 14 consultation ran from 12th December 2022 to 22nd January 2023, further information can be found on the Brixton Parish Council Website.

Decision

Following independent examination, the Brixton Parish Neighbourhood Plan Modifications were adopted on 7th March 2024. The plan, as modified, forms part of the Development Plan and should be used in determining planning applications within Brixton Parish.
