Referendum
The Aveton Gifford Neighbourhood Plan Referendum was held on Thursday 6 May 2021
Decision
(Reg 18a, 19 and 20)
Following a successful referendum, the Aveton Gifford Neighbourhood Plan was adopted at Annual Council on 20 May 2021. It now forms part of the Development Plan for South Hams District and should be used in deciding planning applications within the Aveton Gifford Neighbourhood Area.
