The Independent Examiner Deborah McCann was appointed on the 19 February 2018.
West Devon Borough Council submitted all the documents from Reg 15 and 16 in February 2018

Referendum
The Referendum on the Bere Peninsula Neighbourhood Plan was held on Thursday 27 September 2018.
Decision (Reg 18a, 19 and 20)
Following a successful Referendum, the Bere Peninsula Neighbourhood plan was adopted at Hub Committee on 17 October 2018. It now forms part of the Development Plan for West Devon and should be used in deciding planning applications within the Bere Peninsula Neighbourhood Area
